KARL ROSARIO
Founder and Principal
Karl Rosario is a Principal at Olde Manor Capital. Karl has spent over 6 years working across industries space focusing on both Fortune 500 and start-ups. After graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he worked on Booz and Company's (Strategy&) Consumer and Retail Strategy Team and on the Retail Strategy Team at Walmart eCommerce.
Karl is has previously lived in New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia, but currently resides in San Juan, PR. Outside of running this company, he provides consulting services to a variety of large and emerging companies and is an avid writer. His interests include travel, basketball, boxing, and taking care of his cavapoo, Tucker.
BRONSON CARPENTER
Principal
Bronson Carpenter is a principal at Olde Manor Capital. Bronson’s qualifications include over a decade of experience in investment banking, private equity, and real estate development. To-date, he has sourced over $100M of transaction volume and developed over 250K SF of real estate. His educational background includes Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in economics and finance.
Bronson moved to Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria to help with the disaster relief effort. The beautiful island, with its stunning beaches and vibrant culture, compelled him to become a full-time resident and to continue helping redevelop the local community.
